Screw caps for canning with stops (“twist-off”) are intended for capping of preserved food products in glass jars with a screw neck using thermal vacuum capping technology.
The twist-off cover is a stamped metal cap with screws for screwing, made of tin. The tin is lacquered with special food varnishes and enamels, and from the inside it has a seal made of plastisol (a material based on PVC). The outer surface of the covers may contain information about the manufacturer, product, brand, etc.
Depending on the wishes of the customer, we produce various metal covers based on the specific type of preservation and requirements for the appearance of the finished product. The recommended thickness of the tin, the outer and the inner coating enable the customer to obtain for the minimal price the tin cover of the TWIST-OFF with the necessary functionality for it.
The lids are made for different types of food products undergoing various types of processing, both for pasteurization and for high-temperature sterilization, used for fat-containing products, as well as of any colors or with full-color printing.
